Hi, I'm Sougen. I try to combine life skills, counselling and mediation, to help people, all within a spiritual / holistic context. Many aspects of the spiritual life can be applied to daily living, regardless of having a belief system, so I endeavour to help people understand themselves and the world we live in without prejudice and irrespective of belief.
